INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC MOBILITY AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION POTENTIAL

Abstract
The article considers the role of international academic mobility as an important factor in the development of higher education potential. The main directions of the state policy in the field of academic mobility management are analyzed, as well as their impact on the quality of educational services and research activities. Strategic approaches to increase the participation of students and teachers in international educational programs and projects are considered. Examples of successful implementation of such practices in different countries are given, which emphasizes the importance of integrating higher education into the global space. Finally, conclusions are drawn about the need to develop and implement effective management solutions for the further development of international academic mobility in the context of globalization and international cooperation.
