Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of social risks of administrative management of a higher education institution. It was determined that the integration of the state into the global system of international relations, which is accompanied by the active development of digital technologies, excessive replication of information flows, and modern world trends led to the search for effective forms of adaptation of universities to changes in modern conditions.
