Abstract

The article describes the features of the regulatory and legal support of state regulation of banking institutions in Ukraine. The main problems and contradictions of the regulatory and legal support of state regulation of banking institutions in Ukraine are identified. The directions of improving the regulatory and legal support of state regulation of banking institutions in Ukraine in modern conditions are identified.
