Abstract

The general characteristics of the head of public administration has been justified. The main components of the psychology of success of the head of a modern public institution has been considered. Foreign experience in the psychology of success of the head of a modern state institution has been studied. Psychological features of the success of the leader has been identified. The main recommendations on the main problems of success of a modern leader in public administration has been developed.
