THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF THE UNIFYMENT OF MECHANISMS OF STATE POLICY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract

The article examines issues related to the determination of theoretical and methodological principles for the unification of mechanisms of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities. The research methodology is based on systematic and complex theoretical and methodological approaches, analysis of regulatory legal acts, as well as generalization of modern scientific approaches to the unification of mechanisms of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities. Various scientific views and methodological approaches to determining the essence and content of the scientific categories "mechanisms of state policy", "mechanisms of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities", "unification", "unification of mechanisms of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities", as well as theoretical and methodological principles of mechanisms, principles, methods, tools, as well as subject-object relations in the context of the formation and implementation of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities are considered. The author's definition of the concept of "mechanism of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities" is proposed, which forms a new analytical framework for studying the features of the economic development of territorial communities in the system of public administration and creates a theoretical basis for further substantiation of directions for improving the state policy of supporting the development of communities, their financial support and institutional modernization. The mechanisms of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities are identified. Subject-object relations in the context of the formation and implementation of the state policy for the economic development of territorial communities are revealed. It is proved that the unification of the mechanisms of state policy for the economic development of territorial communities is a necessary condition for increasing its efficiency and effectiveness, as it ensures the integrity of the public management system, contributes to strengthening the institutional capacity of territorial communities and creates the basis for their sustainable economic development.
